CONSTRUCTION PACKAGE

Our Construction Package provides you with designs, finish and fixture selections for home remodels, new construction or additions. We collaborate with you and other consultants such as architects/builders to design and develop every detail required for a contractor or builder to complete your home's customized design plan. 
This package does not include furnishings, art, or accessories, however, any of our furnishing packages can be added on to our construction package for a completed & cohesive design. 

Investments for our Construction Package are presented as a flat rate for the total scope of work to be addressed in your new build, remodel or addition. Our investment amount is determined after our design consultation in order to provide you with a customized proposal.  After the proposal is accepted, we send you our agreement and Phase 1 Invoice to get started on your project. 

OUR PROCESS

The conceptual phase is our big picture inspiration for your project. We start with a project kick-off meeting to review floor plans and understand your style, preferences and priorities through our detailed questionnaire.
From there we curate mood boards, furniture plans and provide an initial investment estimate to ensure we are on the right track.

PHASE 1
DESIGN CONCEPT

After sign-off and approval of the Design Concept, we move into the Design Development Phase. This is where all the specific finishes and fixtures are selected along with the detailed drawings such as cabinetry elevations, tile diagrams, decorative lighting plans, etc. We also provide 3D renderings at this phase so you can fully visualize our design.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

PURCHASING & CONSTRUCTION

The last phase includes purchasing, fulfillment and construction support.
We provide you with a detailed proposal to purchase your fixtures and finishes so you don't have to worry about tracking, following up, checking for damages, etc. We then work with your contractor to schedule site visits to ensure our design is executed as intended & to a high standard.

We love being a part of the early stages of project planning and find that this results in a cohesive and complete design plan, while limiting costly mistakes and delays. We help you develop and prioritize scope, provide our expertise to the overall design, and assist with initial budget parameters. Our extensive knowledge and experience helps save you time and energy too. We prefer to work with architects, structural engineers, builders, (and of course, you) from the conceptual stage to limit the opportunities for possible costly changes along the way. 
Sometimes a client will have home plans completed by the architect or builder prior to meeting with us and we then review. Other times, we are actually a part of that process with the architect. Simply put, whether renovation, new construction, or decorating only, the earlier we can be involved in your project, the sooner your entire dream-team of experts can begin to design your dream home. 

To kick off the project, please schedule a complimentary Discovery Call with us. During this call we discuss your project, goals, timeline and vision. We share what package from our service offering would meet your needs and requirements and would suggest booking a Design Consultation so we can understand the full scope of work and provide you with some solid advice and next steps. 

Yes, we work with licensed and qualified contractors to execute your project. If you are looking for contractor referrals, we are happy to connect you with a few, however we require that you set up your own contract/payment with the contractor directly. 

Yes, of course! You can add any of our furnishing packages onto the construction package. We highly recommend this if you want that full-service experience where you have that *WOW* moment. Furnishings are a huge part of designing a cohesive space that works for your lifestyle.
